What do we want?

In terms of noise and pollution from aircraft, we want the quality of life for our community at worst to stay the same, and preferably to improve.

That means: No extra flights. No extra flight paths. No night flights.

We are united with other groups locally in:
– strongly resisting any expansion of Heathrow by more flights using the two existing runways, or adding a third runway
– seeking an end to being woken up by flights in the early morning/late evening.

and we want:
– a ‘ do minimum’ approach to Heathrow’s airspace modernisation, with no new flight paths disturbing the tranquility of Richmond Park and hence Richmond Hill and East Twickenham
– minimisation of the noise impact of take-offs from the northern runway over our area.
