People in East Twickenham generally accept that the price we pay for living where we do is a certain amount of aircraft noise, and pollution. But we’re now threatened with a big reduction in our health and well-being because of new routes coming directly over us – something we don’t have now – increases in the number of flights, and – further ahead – a third runway adding the equivalent of a new airport the size of Gatwick.
